Owner Non Refundable Connection Fee: $75 with proof of ownership and drivers license.

Renter Non Refundable Connection Fee: $150 with rental receipt and drivers license.

For a new water tap installation the non refundable fee is $675 plus correct connection fee and requirements.

Total: $750.00

Ex. New Tap: $675.00

Renter: $150.00 with easement and drivers license.

Total: $825.00

NOTE: All service and disconnection forms ALONG with the SERVICE / DISCONNECTION CONSENT AGREEMENT will need to be signed at the office to verify the applicant. All water hook ups (water tap) will also need a 911 physical address which can be obtained by calling (423) 663-4986.
